Power and speed depend on the market a vehicle was built for. EU pedal-assist bikes are capped at 250 W and 25 km/h under EN 15194, and scooter limits are set nationally - 20 km/h in Germany, 25 in most of the rest. On shared fleets these are normally firmware settings rather than hardware, so ask us what a fleet is currently configured to and what it can be set to for your market.

Figures come from the manufacturer's own site: znen.com belongs to Taizhou Zhongneng Import And Export Co., Ltd, the maker of the ZNEN brand, and this is its E-Cruise model page. The page is unusual in that most rows list SEVERAL alternatives separated by slashes rather than a single value, because the E-Cruise is sold as a configurable platform — every such row is recorded here verbatim with all its options rather than being narrowed to one figure, since picking one would misrepresent the product. Range '60km' is a MANUFACTURER CLAIM with no stated test condition, no stated battery configuration and no stated speed, which is a serious weakness: the page offers packs from 60V20Ah to 72V20Ah×2, a roughly four-fold spread of energy, so a single 60 km number cannot apply to all of them. Treat the range figure as indicative of the mid configuration at best. Deliberately omitted and NOT guessed: motMaxLoad, motGradeability, phyIp and phyFrame — ZNEN publishes none of them; batChargeTime is recorded as the two options the page gives ('4-6h / 8h') without attributing either to a specific pack, because the page does not make that mapping. Swappability is recorded 'unknown': ZNEN says nothing about whether the pack is removable, and the 72V20Ah×2 option implies an under-seat multi-pack layout that may or may not be field-exchangeable.
