Fleetser

Buying and selling vehicles can be difficult.

Pricing, inventory, legal and logistics all get in the way. We are here to make the process as smooth as possible.

If you are buying
  1. 01
Tell us what you want to buy
Fill in the form. Vehicle type, rough numbers, and where you are.
  2. 02
    Commission a FleetReportOptional
If you want the vehicles measured before you commit, we go and do it: battery health, mechanical and cosmetic grades, backend release status, and the serial numbers of every unit we sampled. You can ask us to pull any sampled vehicle on a video call. Plenty of buyers skip this on a fleet they know - it is your call, not a gate.
  3. 03
    We connect you
We put you in front of the seller and help out with advice and negotiation. There are usually a few rounds of it, depending on the situation.
  4. 04
    Freight and customs
Lithium batteries need a UN 38.3 test summary and a carrier that will actually take them. We arrange battery-compliant freight, handle export and import clearance at both ends, and tell you the landed cost before you commit - not after.
  5. 05
    You take delivery
If anything is not as described once it lands, tell us and we will help sort it out with the seller.
If you are selling
  1. 01
    Tell us what you have
Vehicle type, rough count, where it is sitting and who owns the IoT backend. Two minutes.
  2. 02
    We inspect itOptional
Someone is in touch within 72 hours to book it. An inspected fleet sells faster and argues better, but you can list without one.
  3. 03
    We agree a price
You tell us what you want for the fleet. We have sold a lot of these and we know where the market is, so if the number needs work we will say so and help you land on the one that fits your situation.
  4. 04
It goes to the whole network
Listed to 2,000+ verified operators across 40+ countries, in six languages, plus the deal alert list.
  5. 05
We move it and get you paid
Freight, export paperwork and customs at both ends if you want us to. You are not left arranging a lithium shipment yourself.

Shipping and customs

Moving a fleet is not moving pallets. There is paperwork to line up, carriers to book and clearance at both ends. We have a lot of experience and know how to handle this process smoothly.

Dangerous goods, done properly
UN 38.3 test summaries chased before a fleet is listed, correct UN packing and labelling, and carriers that will take lithium at the state of charge your packs are actually at.
Export and import clearance
Customs at both ends, HS classification, duty and VAT treatment, and the certificates of conformity a destination market asks for.
Landed cost before you commit
Freight, insurance, duty and handling quoted up front, so the number you decide on is the number you pay.

Questions?

Do I have to buy a FleetReport?
No. It is a paid service you can commission if you want the vehicles measured before committing, and plenty of deals close without one. It is never a condition of buying or selling here.
What if the vehicles are not as described?
Tell us and we will help sort it out. We stay in the middle after the sale as well, and we would rather resolve it with the seller than leave you holding it.
Can I buy part of a fleet?
In most cases it is possible to buy fewer vehicles. Reach out and we will check what is possible on that particular fleet.
Do you handle customs, or just freight?
We can arrange both, and we do it regularly. Tell us where the fleet is and where it is going and we will talk you through what is involved.
How quickly can a fleet move?
It depends on the fleet, where it is sitting and where it is going. We will give you a realistic timeline once we know those three things.
Can I see the vehicles first?
Yes. Visit the fleet yourself, or ask us to walk any vehicle on a video call.
