Some fleets sell to a deadline rather than at a fixed price. You send one number, nobody else sees it, and we come back to you when bidding closes.

Your number stays private

There is no public bid feed and no running total. Nobody can see what you offered, and nobody can be pushed up by watching someone else.

A real deadline

Bidding closes at the time on the listing. After that the seller looks at what came in and we come back to everyone who bid, either way.

A deposit to bid

Bidding takes a refundable deposit, shown on each fleet. You get it back in full if you do not win, and it comes off the invoice if you do. It keeps the deadline serious.

A bid is not a contract

It is a serious offer, and we treat it as one, but nothing is binding until the paperwork is signed. Ask for a FleetReport before you bid if you want the vehicles measured first.
