Power and speed depend on the market a vehicle was built for. EU pedal-assist bikes are capped at 250 W and 25 km/h under EN 15194, and scooter limits are set nationally - 20 km/h in Germany, 25 in most of the rest. On shared fleets these are normally firmware settings rather than hardware, so ask us what a fleet is currently configured to and what it can be set to for your market.
Anything Segway does not publish is left blank here rather than filled in with a number from somewhere else. Segway Commercial sells this as the Max S90L; there is no separate S90 SKU (b2b.segway.com/s90/ returns 404). Brakes and charge time come from Segway's Max Series comparison page. No vehicle IP rating or rider load is published — the IPX7 on the page is the IoT module, and the 75 kg figure is a slope-test condition.
