EU pedal-assist bikes are capped at 250 W and 25 km/h under EN 15194, and scooter limits are set nationally - 20 km/h in Germany, 25 in most of the rest. Segway publishes the ingress rating per component rather than for the whole vehicle, and it is recorded that way here. Peak power is not published on any of their fleet sheets, and none of them state whether the pack is swappable, so both are left blank. This is the only Segway fleet scooter here with a steel rather than aluminium frame, and its ingress list omits the motor, which the S100L and D110L sheets include. Both are recorded as published rather than normalised.
