The Right OKAI Scooters for Your Shared Mobility Fleet
OKAI ES400A, ES400B, ES600 and ES700 compared: specs, which fits your operation, and why a second-hand fleet can be on the street in a week instead of six months.
If you are launching or expanding a shared e-scooter fleet, OKAI's ES400A, ES400B, ES600 and ES700 are proven, fleet-first options. At Fleetser, we can supply these scooters second-hand, connect them to your existing app, and refurbish them so you can launch in days rather than waiting months for new production.
Why second-hand is the smarter fleet play
New shared scooters often involve long production and delivery lead times, commonly around six months from order to deployment. A quality second-hand fleet removes that bottleneck: because the scooters are already produced, they can typically be available within a week.
Second-hand also materially lowers your upfront capital cost. That means you can deploy more vehicles for the same budget, test a new city or zone faster, and preserve cash for operations, marketing, batteries and charging infrastructure.
And "second-hand" does not mean "unmanaged." Fleetser can inspect, refurbish and prepare scooters before deployment, replacing or repairing components where needed so your fleet starts life in a reliable, rider-ready condition.
Fleetser can connect any app
OKAI fleet scooters are built with integrated IoT, including GPS/GNSS positioning, mobile connectivity and Bluetooth. That makes them suitable for integration with third-party fleet-management and rider apps.
Fleetser can help you connect the scooters to the app or platform you already use. Whether you need remote lock/unlock, live tracking, battery monitoring, geofencing, alerts or fleet diagnostics, we can support the integration so you do not have to rebuild your software stack.
