The Right OKAI E-Bikes for Your Shared Mobility Fleet

The OKAI EB100 and EB300 side by side: purpose-built rental e-bikes with swappable batteries and IoT, available second-hand and connected to your app.

13 October 2026

The OKAI EB100 and EB300 are strong second-hand options for shared e-bike fleets: they are purpose-built for rental operations, come with swappable batteries and integrated IoT, and can be connected to your existing rider app. Fleetser can supply, refurbish and app-integrate them, often within a week rather than waiting around six months for new production.

Why buy second-hand OKAI e-bikes?

New fleet e-bikes usually require long manufacturing and delivery lead times. Buying quality second-hand EB100s or EB300s avoids that delay because the bikes are already built, allowing you to launch, expand a zone or replace vehicles much faster.

Second-hand also reduces your upfront cost per bike, freeing budget for batteries, operations, charging, marketing and city expansion. Fleetser can inspect and refurbish bikes before deployment, so you receive a rider-ready fleet rather than unverified used hardware.

Fleetser connects them to your app

Both models include integrated IoT with GPS, cellular connectivity and Bluetooth, plus fleet features such as geofencing, remote diagnostics and alerts.

Fleetser can help connect the bikes to the app or fleet platform you already use, supporting functions such as:

  • Remote unlock and lock
  • Live GPS tracking
  • Battery and vehicle status monitoring
  • Geofencing and restricted zones
  • Maintenance alerts and diagnostics
  • Rider-app integration for bookings and payments

OKAI EB100

The EB100 is a full-size shared e-bike with a step-through frame, making it easy for a wide range of riders to mount and dismount. It is equipped with a swappable battery, integrated IoT, helmet storage and a rear rack, which also makes it suitable for delivery or cargo use cases.

Specifications vary by generation and market, but the first-generation EB100 is commonly listed with a 250 W rated / 500 W peak rear motor, 25 km/h top speed, 20% gradeability, 120 kg maximum rider load, 26-inch wheels and a 48 V / 15 Ah swappable battery with more than 60 km claimed range.

The later EB100B is specified with a 47 V / 902 Wh battery, up to 90 km range, drum brakes and IPX5 vehicle / IPX7 electronics protection.

OKAI EB300

The EB300 is OKAI's compact 20-inch shared e-bike, designed to be lightweight, stable and comfortable in dense urban environments. Its smaller footprint makes it easier to park, store and manoeuvre, while the honeycomb tyres reduce puncture-related downtime.

It uses a 250 W rated / 500 W peak motor, 25 km/h top speed, 20% gradeability and a 120 kg maximum rider load. Battery options include 47 V / 14.4 Ah and 47 V / 19.2 Ah, with claimed ranges of up to 80 km and 130 km respectively.

The EB300 shares the same battery family as the EB100, ES400 and ES600, which can simplify battery inventory and swapping operations across a mixed OKAI fleet.

Which model should you choose?

  • Choose the EB100 for a familiar, comfortable 26-inch bike with a step-through frame, rear rack and broad rider appeal.
  • Choose the EB300 for a lighter, more compact city bike with easier parking, lower weight and flexible battery capacity.
  • Choose both if you want to serve different rider preferences while using compatible swappable batteries and one connected fleet platform.
