The Right OKAI Scooters for Your Shared Mobility Fleet

OKAI ES400A, ES400B, ES600 and ES700 compared: specs, which fits your operation, and why a second-hand fleet can be on the street in a week instead of six months.

13 October 2026

If you are launching or expanding a shared e-scooter fleet, OKAI's ES400A, ES400B, ES600 and ES700 are proven, fleet-first options. At Fleetser, we can supply these scooters second-hand, connect them to your existing app, and refurbish them so you can launch in days rather than waiting months for new production.

Why second-hand is the smarter fleet play

New shared scooters often involve long production and delivery lead times, commonly around six months from order to deployment. A quality second-hand fleet removes that bottleneck: because the scooters are already produced, they can typically be available within a week.

Second-hand also materially lowers your upfront capital cost. That means you can deploy more vehicles for the same budget, test a new city or zone faster, and preserve cash for operations, marketing, batteries and charging infrastructure.

And "second-hand" does not mean "unmanaged." Fleetser can inspect, refurbish and prepare scooters before deployment, replacing or repairing components where needed so your fleet starts life in a reliable, rider-ready condition.

Fleetser can connect any app

OKAI fleet scooters are built with integrated IoT, including GPS/GNSS positioning, mobile connectivity and Bluetooth. That makes them suitable for integration with third-party fleet-management and rider apps.

Fleetser can help you connect the scooters to the app or platform you already use. Whether you need remote lock/unlock, live tracking, battery monitoring, geofencing, alerts or fleet diagnostics, we can support the integration so you do not have to rebuild your software stack.

Model-by-model overview

OKAI ES400A

The ES400A is a workhorse for shared mobility. It uses an aluminium-alloy body, swappable battery, solid honeycomb tyres and integrated IoT, making it a strong choice for operators that want dependable vehicles at a competitive cost.

Typical specifications include a 350 W rated motor with 700 W peak power, a maximum load of 120 kg, front drum braking and rear electromagnetic plus drum braking. Battery configurations vary, but the 47 V / 15.5 Ah / 744 Wh LG-cell version is commonly listed with roughly five hours' charging time using a 3 A charger.

OKAI ES400B

The ES400B builds on the ES400 platform with an improved swappable-battery system and a focus on operational uptime. Its single-piece unibody design, wide deck and rear-wheel protector are aimed at the realities of daily shared-fleet use.

It is commonly specified with a 350 W rated / 700 W peak motor, 20% gradeability, and battery options including 47 V / 14.4 Ah and 47 V / 19.2 Ah. The larger battery option is listed with a range of approximately 73 km, while the 14.4 Ah option is listed at approximately 55 km.

OKAI ES600

The ES600 is the comfort-oriented option. It combines a low centre of gravity, hydraulic suspension, wide deck and rider-focused features such as wireless phone charging and colourful status lighting.

It offers a 350 W rated / 700 W peak motor, 25 km/h top speed, 55+ km range and a swappable battery. Its IoT suite includes BLE 4.1, GPS, GLONASS and BDS positioning, geofencing, self-diagnostics and multiple alerts.

OKAI ES700

The ES700 is a lighter, modern fleet scooter built around a Q500 steel frame that OKAI describes as twice as durable as traditional frames. Its minimalist design and under-deck ambient lighting make it visually distinctive while retaining fleet-oriented durability.

It is specified with a 450 W rated / 800 W peak motor, 47 V / 13 Ah / 611 Wh lithium battery, 100 kg maximum load and 25 km/h top speed. At about 29 kg, it is also the lightest of the four models listed here.

Which OKAI should you choose?

  • Choose the ES400A if you want a proven, durable and cost-effective base fleet.
  • Choose the ES400B if battery swapping, uptime and easier rider-facing features are priorities.
  • Choose the ES600 if rider comfort, suspension and premium features matter for your market.
  • Choose the ES700 if you want a lighter, modern scooter with a strong frame and contemporary design.
