Power and speed depend on the market a vehicle was built for. EU pedal-assist bikes are capped at 250 W and 25 km/h under EN 15194, and scooter limits are set nationally - 20 km/h in Germany, 25 in most of the rest. On shared fleets these are normally firmware settings rather than hardware, so ask us what a fleet is currently configured to and what it can be set to for your market.

Segway states the regulatory split outright: 250 W / 25 km/h for the EU version, 400 W / 32 km/h for the US version — the EU figures are the EN 15194 pedal-assist limits. Two packs (551 Wh and 1033 Wh) move net weight across a 42.5–44 kg band. Range also conflicts between Segway sources: 80 km on the product pages, '120-plus kilometres' in Segway's launch blog. A200 and A200P are distinct SKUs — the A200P has a rear-hub lock and weighs 43.5–45 kg.
