Power and speed depend on the market a vehicle was built for. EU pedal-assist bikes are capped at 250 W and 25 km/h under EN 15194, and scooter limits are set nationally - 20 km/h in Germany, 25 in most of the rest. On shared fleets these are normally firmware settings rather than hardware, so ask us what a fleet is currently configured to and what it can be set to for your market.
Varianten dieses Modells unterscheiden sich erheblich. Okai publishes two sets of figures: 25 km/h with 350 W rated / 700 W peak in the specification table, and 30 km/h on the banner cards. Shared scooters are normally shipped configured to the destination market's limit — 25 km/h is the common EU cap — so these most likely describe a restricted and an unrestricted configuration of the same vehicle rather than two different vehicles. Confirm which configuration ships with these vehicles, and whether it can be changed from the backend. The banner's 'Rated Power: 50W' matches no regulatory class and appears to be a dropped digit. Tyre size is also given as 12" & 9" on the banner and 12"/10" on the exploded diagram. The earlier model designated plainly ES400 is a different vehicle (48 V 16 Ah, 30 km/h, 29 kg, IP67) and its figures are not merged here.
